Recently, the design plan of the world’s largest and China’s first offshore oilfield fracturing engineering ship has successfully passed the review of China Classification Society, and is about to enter the design and construction process stage. This ship was built by the Tianjin Branch of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), and independently developed by the Design Institute of Shanghai Shipbuilding Research Institute. Together, the four parties will break the monopoly and blockade of offshore oil field fracturing technology from abroad and safeguard national energy security, marking a significant breakthrough in China’s offshore oil field fracturing technology and engineering.
This ship has a total length of 99.9 meters, a molded width of 22 meters, and a molded depth of 9.9 meters. It adopts an electric propulsion closed ring circular closed busbar design. During DP operation, the number of on grid units can be adjusted according to the load situation of the entire ship’s power grid, improving the load rate of on grid engine sets, effectively reducing pollutant emissions, and achieving green and friendly.
This ship can meet the needs of large-scale and batch fracturing operations for domestic offshore oil and gas wells. It is a large-scale fracturing ship that mainly focuses on large-scale offshore fracturing and also takes into account functions such as fracturing and filling. Fully functional, highly specialized, and with internationally advanced operational capabilities. The ship is equipped with the Zhilian Service Cloud Platform, which is highly integrated with the ship’s intelligent system platform. It has the functions of intelligent cabin, intelligent navigation, and intelligent integration platform, and has the advantages of high integration, intelligence, automation, digitization, and low-carbon environmental protection.
