H2S Scavenger AC-SE1 can absorb hydrogen sulfide with high selectivity, and its reaction process with hydrogen sulfide is relatively complex, which can be regarded as an organic nucleophilic substitution in general. The main factors affecting the reaction are temperature, pH value, etc. The concentration of sulfur removal agent and on-site hydrogen sulfide concentration are also key factors.Experiments and field applications have shown that AC-SE1 has good hydrogen sulfide absorption capacity. When the temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the sulfur removal agent reacts with hydrogen sulfide very quickly, and hydrogen sulfide does not escape, resulting in good stability.

Application :
Method of using AC-SE1 H2S Scavenger in the field:
1.For the complete equipment protection of oil and gas wells, AC-SE1 can be added from the annular space to the bottom of the well.
2.For the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in the produced liquid of oil and gas wells, AC-SE1 can be directly added to the wellhead gathering pipeline.
Add AC-SE1 to a system containing hydrogen sulfide. Generally, the addition amount is 0.3%~0.5% of the extracted liquid. When using, mix thoroughly and evenly. The longer the reaction time, the better the cleaning effect. For oil and gas wells, continuous dosing is recommended, which can be directly added to the pipeline near the wellhead. The specific dosage can be adjusted based on the concentration of hydrogen sulfide at the on-site monitoring points.
