Mannich base has been used as an acid corrosion inhibitor on a certain scale and has achieved good results for acidizing application. But with the continuous emergence of high-temperature deep wells, higher requirements have been put forward for corrosion inhibitors. The shortcomings of traditional mannich base, such as easy decomposition at high temperatures and high toxicity of its complex, seriously affect the performance of corrosion inhibitors.To solve those problems, we have developed the new type mannich based AC-CI series acidizing corrosion inhibitors, Compared with traditional acidizing corrosion inhibitors, AC-CI series corrosion inhibitors improved water solubility and the synergistic effect of the complex has further improved the flat spread and film density of the corrosion inhibitor. Moreover, it is unnecessary to add toxic substances such as antimony trichloride during the production process, making it more green and environmentally friendly. At the same time, AC-CI series products strictly controls the production process to ensure that there are no residues of formaldehyde and other aldehydes in the products, fundamentally solving the compatibility problem of early crosslinking of acid thickeners caused by by-products.

Application :
