Acid thickener AC-CHJ50

AC-CHJ50 acid thickener is an organic cationic polymer synthesized by copolymerization method.It can quickly dissolve and increase viscosity in acid solution, and can resist high temperatures above 120 ℃. It has good compatibility and outstanding friction reduction performance, and can effectively play a role in slowing down, reducing drag, and thickening to improve the depth of acidizing.

With the gradual advancement of oil and gas field development towards high-temperature deep wells and low permeability layers, there is an increasing demand for oil and gas wells to transform reservoirs. However, conventional acidizing processes lack deep penetration in the removal of formation blockages, and conventional acid thickeners have some defects in viscosity increasing performance, acid stability, shear resistance, and temperature resistance. Therefore, AC-CHJ50 was developed for those challenging acidizing operations with acid resistance, high temperature resistance, strong viscosity increasing ability, and good shear resistance .

Good shale inhibition performance and easy to flow back.
Good compatibility with other additives used in acid solutions, such as corrosion inhibitors, iron ion stabilizers, and flow-back additives.
Applicable for temperature above 120 ℃.

Application :

AC-CHJ50 acid thickener can be used in acidizing or acidizing fracturing process, for acid transformation of carbonate reservoir, to delay the reaction rate and filtration rate of acid and reservoir rock.
